• Naas and Limerick This Weekend

    With the national hunt season now in full flow, all the winter horses are in and almost ready to run.  This weekend racing is in Naas on Saturday and locally at Limerick on Sunday. The Job Is Right will go to Naas - he has been unlucky not to win yet so hopefully he can do the business on Saturday. At Limerick on Sunday, False Economy and Holeinthewall Bar are our entries.  False Economy had a good run at Tipperary finishing 3rd to Captain Cee Bee.  The ground won't  be ideal for him, however he seems to like Limerick  and can hopefully run a good race. ...

  • A Good Week Was Enjoyed at Listowel!

    A good week was enjoyed at Listowel, where all the horses ran well and Tropical Three, Run With The Wind and The Crafty Butcher all won. Its always great to get winners at the Festival and it was particularity nice to win there with The Crafty Butcher who is owned locally by the Cairde Chiarrai Syndicate. Tropical Three was mpressive and we are really looking forward to her over the coming months. Racing for this week is at Ballinrobe on Tuesday where Debt to Society runs in the Martinstown Opportunity Handicap Chase - he ran a great race at Listowel to finish 3rd on Saturday, an...

  • The Galway Festival Is Here

    Racing was at our local track at Limerick on Thursday where Sherco Sports ran very respectable to finish 3rd following on form  her recent win.  She may head to Galway next weekend. With the Festival beginning at Galway on Monday, the yard has a number of entries.  Dawerann and Enchanted Forest head the entries for Monday, however they hold other  possible engagements throughout the week.  They will be expected to put up a good performance whatever day they do run, both being consistent types.
